Chuck Stevens Chevrolet showed me exactly the truck I asked for with the features I asked for and then sold me the truck I wanted. Staff was extremely friendly, made me feel more than welcome and comfortable with my purchase.
Trying to surprise husband, had cash to pay but they could not get it together via internet sales rep so that I could make it a surprise. Very disorganized & took entirely too long to process the sale and very poor dealer prep/detail. Truck was dirty when we drove it off the lot (and two chips in the windshield not noted in a 'safety check' which we never saw and took 1/2 a day) but after a day and a half was not going back.
We had a great salesman. Experienced a few hiccups in the purchase but overall we are very satisfied with the experience. We bought a great vehicle at a great price.

I contacted Gwen one afternoon as soon as I got off work on a 60 hr. workweek and inquired about a truck n their inventory I saw online . She knew the exaxt truck I had mentioned and after I had told her I wanted to come look at it b4 going home and was apparently 45 mins. away , she was very helpful n sending me the directions to the dealership and informed me that I had time to make the drive and look at the truck b4 they closed.
