Chuck Medows offers no help and doesn't care about saving you money. my family have been with him for 6 years and in the past 6 months they raised my mothers car insurance High twice and started charging her a $30 re-newal fee every 6 months and $14 dollars a month on top of the now over priced insurance for her to get a paper bill and pay over the phone rather than them auto take it out of her account. they are charging her more money just to be able to pay them! there premiums seem to only go up when you add a new vehicle ... read more
