I have been a customer at this company for a year now. I fully insured couple of vehicles with them. Couple of months back I ask for road side tire change and the person who answer told me that I don't have road assistance with my coverage when I have full coverage on all of my vehicles. I paid a tow truck to help me out. In few days I called the agent who sold me the insurance and they apologize with what happen and they told me it won't happen again. STATE FARM INSURANCE. I recently got involved in a car accident with **** and filed a report. I never intended to pursue a lawsuit or get an unfair compensation as I got minor injuries which I told over call. Paul My wife and I each have long term care insurance policies with State Farm Insurance Company. My wife’s policy has been activated for several months and monthly claims for payment have been submitted by her nursing home. My longterm care insurance policy was activated this past mid September, 2022 when I joined my wife in the same nursing home. Absolutely the worst. I have a claim that still is in progress from August it is now almost December. No one knows what's actually going on with your claim. They will tell you one thing while another person tells you something else. They are unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I'd rather sue at this point. Do not go with this company unless you love being angry.

Horrible Horrible Horrible automotive estimate team. I've called in to the claims team over 17times resulting in over 13 hours of my time wasted with people who have no clue about auto repair! They are only messengers of this so called " claims team" who never get questioned as to how they came up with that dollar amount. State Farm is denying my legitimate claim for wind and water damages to my carport structure. I have been given the run around for more than 2 months!! State Farm is acting in bad faith. I have provided estimates from professional roofing and construction companies for repair of my carport and it's roof. Absolutely horrible experience with State Farm. My home was hit by a tornado, causing significant structural damage as well as many shingles damaged.. after taking 3 weeks for an adjuster to get here, they only paid out a little over 6,000 dollars. Not even enough to cover half of the damage. When I contacted them again about additional funding to help assist with the completion of the work, I have yet to see a response. My Review is not about State Farm the Company, although they have been pretty good with my account. Could be better considering I have been working with them for 38 years total. my review is about the amazing Representatives they have in the office that serves me. Kathee ***** and Kimberly ******. When I have a question or complaint they always call me back and solve the problem in a very timely manner. They are polite and very respectful always. Horrible claim service. A deer ran into my car which my estimate from my repair shop is $3200 damage. State Farm states because I didn't take it to there repair shop I could only get $1400 for my claim with a $500 deductible I didn't have enough to pay to get my car repair. I have all rights to take it to my own repair shop that I trust and get payment for my estimate I received. They told me I had to turn in a supplement claim which I couldn't understand because I gave them my estimate so they had the total amount of damage... read more
