Completely Horrible insurance company. It has taken 4 months for me to get a claim and Move forward and now they tell me I need a photo of the vin number after the 4 months of phone calls. Kelly ******is a horrendous and rude disrespectful employ also. Works customer service

Claims handling is horrendous! Not your Fault? You'll still pay for it! My car was parked when hit by their insured. Had to leave my car ar a body shop so their adjuster could inspect it. They would not reimburse me for Loss of use for the day I had to leave it at the shop. They said they would only pay me Loss of Use for the number of hours it takes to repair the car. I have had State Farm for all my insurance needs for 20 years. I recently filed a claim on my house for storm damage on May 8th. Everything was going great till I had to have their preferred roofer come out to do an inspection. Some how after their inspection and telling us that our roof had 2 layers and had to be replaced NOT repaired that thing went horribly wrong. I did not even want to give them one star.And I noticed they don’t have good reviews on Better Business Bureau website nobody wanted to give them one star that I read cell check it out for yourself and I do not recommend anyone doing business with this insurance company. Wow....where do I start? I am a return customer after having my license suspended due to fix it tickets. Received my license back and was all set to get back to this aweome company (snorts). Paid May insurance and Junes. Then insurance was cancelled. Apparently because of my newly licensed status (which NOONE could tell me on the phone) So ive been dealing with people who know nothing. Wouldn't give them any stars if I could and think the 1.28 rating is still to high. Have been dealing with State Farm for about a month now trying to get our roof replaced after a hail store left damage to our roof. Called in the claim and with in several minutes had the adjuster scheduled to come out. During the adjuster's inspection he said that there was no evidence of hail damage but there was excessive foot traffic and factory defects in the shingles. Drop us after 40 plus years because we file 3 claims. State Farm only paid for our storm damage roof. Zero on the shower linkage. We have paid them thousands of dollars. They only paid $6,000 toward our new roof. They are not a good neighbor.
