I recommend Mrs. Terri W***** if you are looking for an account representative with State Farm. One of the best!!
I'm disabled low income I went looking for lower car Insurance as every dollar counts. I talked to an agent Joanna from State Farm in Nevada. She was really nice at first and got me good coverage. Six months later State farm increases my monthly payments 25 dollars more a month for same coverage. No accidents and no tickets wife and I are low income seniors. I email Joanna stating I'm no longer saving and will keep the increase. Only because I was notified by mail 3 days befrore increase. This gave me no time to find a lower... read more
My home owners insurance was canceled by State Farm because, according to them, I had two claims. This past summer I had some wind damage to my home. I called to inquire what my deductible would be. That inquiry was considered a “claim” even though I hadn’t intended for it to be a claim. When they contacted me to inform me of their decision to cancel, I had only three weeks to find something and get it in place. My local agent in Grain Valley Mo. would not go to bat for me. In the six years that he has been my agent, I think... read more
State Farm is terrible! I never knew that using roadside assistance would be used against you along with any no fault and fault accidents which gives them a reason to cancel your policy. This company is a rip off. You can pay them for years with a clean record but as soon as you need them, they cancels your policy!
Made an accident claim on August 11th 2023 against a State Farm policy holder. Son was hit by a side by side at a local recreation park. Driver admitted fault and originally didn't want to use insurance. Long story shot for this, we used insurance due to the driver thinking my son didn't have a permit to be riding. When I made the claim on behalf of my 13 year old son I noted the damage of his 4 wheeler that includes the safety flag being broken off during the collision and provided his permit number. The first claims agent ... read more
Been with them for home owner's insurance for 15 plus years. Never filed a claim until we needed a roof replacement. Filed 3 times in 2 years and never received a penny. Then they canceled our policy.
I had statefarm for years they did not refund me my premium because I switched company’s because they all have been playing with the numbers all along which my insurance monthly payments were double all the time I would not ever use them again for coverage
Terrible company does not pay claims unless they are small Very shifty and dishonest It’s sad when large companies become so greedy they walk all over 20 plus year loyal customers
We’ve had State Farm insurance for over 10 yrs. Never had accidents or claims until recently (claim was very small) I have found them to be willing to take your money for years. Then when you need them they force you out. Not satisfied that they are Trustworthy.
