It was really crowded for a Thursday, but the service was great and food was good. Only issues were the floor in front of the drink area was really wet and a lot of the games didn't give out tickets and no signs were posted.
It was much too loud. My grandson did not like the noise. Other children ran wild and unattended. Unsupervised children at the pizza buffet. Over priced for a 2 hour party.
The two male managers on 3/11 were rude and dismissive.
We were having an okay time DESPITE taking forever to get our food. Then the manager decided to get an attitude because my son stopped him and told him the machine was out of tickets. I WILL NOT BE BRINGING THEM BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! Rude!!!!
