Good games,food was ok. It is what it is a great place to spend fun time with your kids four under $100.
Went there for my sons 1st birthday, the host we had for his party was very nice, however our time there was cut short because a big fight broke out and for the safety of my kids and the people who attended my son party we left. A waste of time and money.
Me and the husband took our daughters and grandbaby yesterday. We had a blast Food was great, games were fun and the people working there were so friendly and helpful!
This was my 1st time 2 visit this location.... I've lived in At my whole life & cannot count the times I've been 2 chuck e cheese I absolutely had an amazing time the staff was so friendly... I even caught the name of a manager that helped us on a couple of occasions he was very helpful... I will definitely be back!!! Thanks again!!!

Cashier was taking my order and trying to talk to a co-worker at the same time. She ended up overcharging me. My grandson turned in his tickets and the young lady at the counter was so rude!!! Pizza was good. Order came quickly. Alot of games do not work. Chuckie completely ignored my grandson. Employees there are not cordial or friendly. I will never go back.
This place needs an entire new staff. Nothing but attitude. Not to mention the staff was almost non existent. I had to look around for at least 8 minutes just to find someone to get a me a pizza box, they didn't even ask me what size I needed, so when they came back with an extra large pizza box (knowing we only got a large pizza from this person) and I said it was too big, she rolled her eyes at me.
