I have been going to this Chuck e Cheese for over 25 years. It has gotten worse and worse. Yesterday I was shocked at how impersonal and boring it was. The buffet that I purchased for me and my 2 children were I was told was good until 3 closed down before 2 and when it was set up again before 3 my kids were not allowed to touch it even though we paid for it. The man in costume as Chucky sucked!!!
The staff is friendly and emmidiately you step inside you feel at home. Being guided to the right table for Birthday parties and also they do provide useful information on their products and services.
