A lot could be done to fix this place. Do like Dave and busters and have the tickets be added to the card. This will eliminate the lines at ticket machines making it unnecessary for kids and parents to feed single tickets into the machine. This leads to more time spending money and playing more games. Add more games once you remove the tickets machines. The counter for tickets/prizes should be where the sodas machines are. Having to weave the way through kids and parents trying to get prizes in burdensome.
This place is clean, fun, and the pizza is awesome. Best of all, the service is like Nordstrom. Everyone there is friendly and cares and goes out of their way to make sure parents and kids have an exceptional experience. Big shout out to Lenox and Jocelyn for your extraordinary service tonight!
