worst experience ever tonight on 9-21-2018. Marcus the manager is extremely rude. sent out cold food after waiting 45 minutes. when i spoke to him he was rude amd said i should expect cold food because he would want it like that
RecommendedI was pleasantly surprised this time. I like the new cards with time and the ability to pause. I especially liked the tighter security. They were very on top of keeping track of who leaves and where the kids are. Pizza was pretty good and the wings tasted good too.
Fast service. Friendly staff! Our cake got thrown away when we were playing games and they replaced it for free. They need more staff to work the front counter. We had to wait for the cashier to take people’s order before we could redeem our tickets but they gave us extra tickets for waiting. Overall a great time. We love that you can pick time or tokens on the card!
I thought the experience was very good. My 2 grandkids really had a good time. The best part of the day for me was that they provide an extra safety measure so my grandkids only could leave with me. In this scary world we are living in, thank you Chuck E. Cheese for going the extra mile to ensure the kids who go to your store are safe.
Most of the games were not giving tickets and a few were broken. The employees were usually nowhere to be found other than the woman at the door, whom was the only employee who actually had an upbeat attitude there. I wish I could have caught her name because she deserves a raise. Older lady with glasses. She was having to run around and do multiple jobs while the others were not around. Every other machine is malfunctioning or out of tickets. Last time here for sure.

My kids had fun. I don’t care for the card system instead of tokens and Pizza was gross!
