RecommendedFood was better than I thought it would be. kids had fun, adults were able to talk.
Unfortunately the staff was very unhelpful. There were 2 people trying to do it all while the others (including managers) hung around in the back. We could see them. When we went to order there was one cashier and we had to wait in line for 25 minutes. We had to ask 3 times for them to refill the salad bar. There was no ice for any drinks. 4 stars ⭐ When we were younger, you were the cool kid for having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's. The mouse show, good pizza ( I mean who doesn't love pizza??), the games, the prizes. Sadly, I remember one year it was snowing so hard in the mountains/foothills Yes, even in Albuquerque it happens) that those that were invited weren't able to make it to my birthday party. Best Birthday Party so far. My 3yr old and my guests loved it! Megan the "ambassador of fun" was our planner and she was awesome!.! I would highly recommend her for any parties done there. She was great!.! Even though it is a little pricey, it is easy to stay within a budget. At least we were able to.
This has been a really bad experience for us this time. We spend between 400.00 to 500.00 every time we have a birthday party there. With that being said the machine’s weren’t giving tickets when the kids were winning. Then when they used the cards on the games some of the games werent working. The kids would tell the staff and they did help. We usually go to the one on Coors but we had business on this side of town. The celery wasn't even green and they still served it to us. The pizza was cold by the time they brought the wings out. Just a horrible experience. Won't be going back to that place.
