my kiddos and their friends had alot of fun, great happy fun environment. we will definantly be having more birthday parties in the future, there!
My daughter was invited for a birthday party. The food was great and the party atmosphere was absolutely wonderful for the kids. I watched everyone of them enjoying themselves, as well as other guests and their children. Chuck E. made an appearance and engaged in all the parties, it was awesome! We plan to have my daughters birthday party here, as well. Thank you.
bad service, the lady at the counter seemed like she hated her job & was very rude when we were asking questions. also she wanted to see our receipt when we went to get 2nds at the salad bar. NEVER PUTTING MY FAMILY THROUGH THAT AGAIN!!
Security sucks. We had someone try to steal a purse. We had to call 911 ourselves snd confront the thief ourselves while "security" looked on. Ultimately, the purse was returned without anything missing. Management had us write statements. The thief was allowed to leave while we began writing. This just about ruined my granddaughters 2nd birthday without so much as an apology. It will be a cold day in hell before we return to a Chuck E. Cheese.
I was bummed it was not a pizza buffet and the salad bar cost extra. will go to Peter Piper pizza and games next time.
