Very unorganized !!! may be in need of new management . We arrived 30 minutes early and waited 45 minutes after the start of our 10 o’clock appointment to get cards for the kids they were all very bored we had to go find a waitress to help us the pizza was cold when it came out . then to top it all off our waitress tells us in in front of kids That the only way we can get a free 250 point Card and cotton candy is to fill out a survey and when they receive the email they would give it to the kids very very very disappointed w... read more

It was awful, I bought the buffet for myself and my 6 year old, it was 11:40 before food was on the buffet that was advertised to start at 11 a.m. the soda machine didn't work. They gave us one paper plate each and plastic fork to eat with for the food that was terrible once it came out. Not to mention everyone who ordered buffet was so hungry by the time the food got out that it was picked clean by the time we got to the buffet table. The hospitality was terrible.
