The food was disgusting total waste of money. Had alot of games for kids but none of them really caught my child's eyes the lines are horrible and super long.
Terrible. Just plain terrible. They are beyond understaffed. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on.
Took the kids to Chuck e. Cheese and it was gross food and trash on the floor and tables. We had to clean our own table just to eat our food, if we had not already paid I would have walked out. The employees were rude and lazy this is my last trip here.
I have a suggestion for Chuck E Cheese to give a handout to the group that comes in for Birthday parties that states what to expect and what time things start. Then have someone to monitor and make sure that there are enough plates and cups and silverware. My suggestion is instead of drawing it out for two hours make it go faster and condense it into one hour. There was alot of wasted time waiting for everything.
Celebrated my son 6th birthday here today. The party was great. Everything was on time. Food was good. Place was clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be having more parties here.
