I do like the stamp procedure at the door, we also enjoyed meeting Chuck E. The waiting time for food wasn't bad, pizza was mediocre, but the kids loved it. &I'm not sure if I really like the play pass cards... I would actually prefer tokens because the machines are not very user friendly. This location needs to crank the AC unit because it was very warm in the dining room. Also the bathrooms could be cleaner.

What a great staff we had there Saturday when they lost electricity. Kids still had a great time
My grandson had a blast he wants to go back on his birthday
It was just terrible all around. Took forever to get food, atleast 4 machines took points from card but never spit out tickets, then did sketch 4 different times but it never printed our pic:( i literaly had to talk to an employee like 5x. It was dirty tables werent cleaned off. Thank god my 3 yr old and his friends didnt notice.
