I’m so disappointed with the party I had today. The girl that was supposed to “host” party didn’t care about. I have to ask for everything they store provide ( like ask for extra plates, cups and forks). She didn’t help cut the cake or serving my guests. If I have to do everything like this, I could do it at my house. We didn’t have the balloons or candle they normally offer to the parties. So disappointed and upset.

It’s clean, not so dark and the staff is fantastic! They are helpful, fun & often remember my kids. The games WORK and the price point vs. other arcade venues makes it easy to say “yes!”

My grandson’s 3rd birthday was a success for everyone! Many games for him to play and room for all to have fun!
I paid for a party where I was my own hostess and serve my own food and drinks. Complained and nothing was done. I didn't get what I was charged for!
