We took 9 kids 3 teens and 6 adults there yesterday for a birthday party and it was a very nice party. The party hostess was very upbeat and friendly, the food was good and the older kids had a blast but I wish they'd had more for the little ones. We had an 8 month old and three 3 year olds and two 4 year olds who didn't really have a lot to do. All in all it was a good experience!
We visit chuck e cheese often and have for many years, we love it and will continue to go there many times in the future! We love there manager, Sarah, she is the best! So helpful and happy positively made our experiences the best ever!!
I just moved from Houston and visited for the first time the other day. I didn't except the place to be as big but thought it would have been more than it was. But even with that my 4 year old had a blast and everything was clean. I don't eat the pizza because I am usually disappointed (and my child never eats because she's to busy playing) so I can't rate the food. The staff was friendly and we will go back.
This place rocked we got 4.7 million tickets and got a tiny dinosaur!!!

Wish they still had the air hockey and climbing tube thing but oh well. The kids still enjoyed themselves and the food is much better than it used to be. We'll definitely be going back. �

Went to my kids first classmate bday party and it was ok....the staff didnt seem happy to b there interacting w the kids....even the kids parents didn't understand all that was supposed to happen and no one could explain the bill...but worst part is that when we left not one staff member checked our hands to see if our numbers matched which is huge for me w a toddler...isn't that the reason it's done....so kids r less likely to b taken from their loved ones?! Come on it use to b waaaaay better
