We had been going since our boys were very little and stopped going as they got older. Now they are older teens. We are starting all over taking our toddler girl. Was a little upset that our cinnamon sticks took a while to come. But still a lot of fun for the young kids!
Horrible service! Ordered a cake that an hour later we still hadn't received and this after speaking with the cashier 3 times. We eventually got our money back. And the pizza took forever also!
Nice, comfortable, clean establishment. Good games and attentive staff.
Some people say it ghetto but I have never had one issue here..

Not enough room. Worker are lazy no good service at all
Get them kids out the house and let them play my daughter always makes a friend when we go
This place just need to have like a person supervising in game area because some parents are just to lazy to keep an eye on their kids I had to wait almost 5 min to play a game because there was always a kid there with no coins or my kids will be in the middle of game and here comes that one kid without a parents trying to move my kids and when I talk to MANAGER to make an announcement or have someone SUPERVISE he said yes and never did he come out heck no I will never go back this place suck
