They were wonderful!! Entertainment for the party was great and gluten free pizza was tasty, not greasy. I was able to enjoy my daughters party without having to worry about anything, they handled the party. I would do it all over again for the birthday there.
Attending my nieces first birthday party and a fight broke out between some folks which seemed to end quickly but I was wrong it was actually about to get crazy with some guy pulling a gun flashing it around and pointing and pushing other folks trying to get them to fight with him and then some females started up and it was crazy. Well needless to say the party was over and everyone was running towards the exit once the gun came out. The guy was able to leave before police showed up.
I came here today after i got off from work,tired,sleep deprived but wanted to make my kids happy :) and they had a great time having loads of fun!but while we were busy enjoying ourselves, i realised i didnt hv my fone in my pocket anymore.i looked everywhere but could nt find it,and was losin hope ,when sudde nly one employee stepped forward and handed my fone to me(he saw me searching everywhere for my fone).I cant thank him enough,and wish him all the best for the future.Would definitely be going back again!
My grandkids always enjoy going there but I’ve noticed that this place is not clean the restrooms are a mess no soap to wash your hands. I can smell the dirtiness in the air the carpet was puked and the employees just standing around trying too run from cleaning it up. I can only imagine that it doesn’t get disinfected has often as it should. My daughter got sick that night after we got home. People if your children are sick please stay home.

We had our twin daughters 4th Birthday here and the girl who helped us out was so organized and so nice to work with! I would definitely recommend a child’s birthday here!! Excellent experience and guests had a ball!!
Great time for the kids at my son’s bday party!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved that they let you change number of guest up until the day before. And they took care of everything!! All I had to do was bring the cake. And even then, they will let you buy one from there if you want. Definitely recommend for a low stress party!!
I took my daughter there for a fun few hours and we only were there about an hour and a half until a HUGE fist fight broke out in the birthday section . After that we decided it was best to leave before anything else major likely happened. I can’t believe people can’t be civilized let alone inside of a kids entertainment establishment! Very sad but I can say that the staff responded immediately in contacting authorities. Will I go back to this location....MOST DEFINITELY....I can’t judge the place over one incident!
