Took my daughter yesterday to this location, it wasn't bad the only downside is that it's pretty small compared to other locations. The staff was friendly, no lines and the pizza came out quick.
I'm used to the west side one off Westheimer. It's bigger. It's has a large entry for when chuck e throws the tokens out once an hour. Also the Westheimer location has more games for the toddler to 4 year old range. That and this whole new card system is a racket. I know it's just a learning curve. But, I'm used to the kids running out of coins and come looking for more from you. They spend the credits almost twice as fast now with the cards. Ugh. Thanks to the wonderful staff my godson and his cousins had a great time at his 3rd birthday party! Pizza, wings and salad bar were on point too :-D
I THINK IT SUCKED. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW TOKEN/CARD FORMAT THEY HAVE CHANGED TO. THEY SHOULD'VE NEVER HAVE CHANGED FROM TOKENS TO SCAN CARDS. THIS IS GOING TO COST A LOT MORE NOW AT CHUCK E'S AND I DON'T EVER WANT TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN.
