Me encantó bastante la pasamos super bien.las niñas se divirtieron al máximo en todas las atracciones.
My girls enjoy it a lot, but the most disappointing thing I seen is charging 200 tickets for a small bag of cotton candy. My girls were so upset that they couldn't get one. They stared at the bags and thought you got one on your way out...very upsetting and ridiculous. To spend the money you do in that place and receive such cheap prizes is beyond me. Out of control kids. No parental supervision. Oh and you took out the jungle gym. Who wants to pay 2 dollars for a token card yet the tickets still come out (when they want to or are not stuck) of machines. Seriously this place is like the 7th gate of hell. Don't get me started on the overpriced food....
It gets to packed on the ticket machines you guys need more then 4 machines and half your games where not working and they where taking the coins from the card and no one came after we asked for assistence waited 20 mins then moved on playing with the kids to machines that did work. No room to move around and we should not be paying for cards if the machines dont work properly. This was my first time at this chucky cheese location and it would be my last.
My son always has a great time. Staff very kind and helpful.
