My daughter loves going here, and usually we have a good experience but tonight was definitely not one of those. The poor girl up front was the only and I mean ONLY visible worker outside of the gentleman that was fixing/restocking the machines and cleaning. She looked stressed, and when what I assume was a manager came out to help her with something behind the counter, he saw everyone waiting to cash their tickets in and just kept on walking right past. The manager and the staff were very attentive to some issues that came up with the machines today. So nice and patient. Good job guys!
My boys had a blast!! All fun games and the pizza was great❤️

Love going to Chuckie cheese, this is the first time I've been since the new time play. Was a bit confusing at first. But I should be good to go next time. I'll have a plan, either play first, or eat first, and then buy play time. But we had a good time!
Love the $10 = 30 min. Play ! Friendly staff ....very clean and well kept !
The pizza wasn't really tasty. I paid for extra cheese and didnt get it. I paid over 50 bucks for lunch and 45 minutes of playtime. What happens is that playtime is activated ss soon as you come in. So...... you lose time if your kids have to eat or even use restrooms. That's not good. You should be able to pause playtime .
