Good location and staff was friendly
Horrible customer service right from the very start. My child was so excited to go so I tolerated the horrible customer service. It got to a point where I asked for the manager and that was useless because she had laughed at my complaint. It was our first time there and I won’t ever return.
They rang my order up wrong, when they brought the pizza I had to have it sent back and I didn’t get to eat while my kids scarfed Down their pizza and used up 125 tokens... an hour later my personal size pizza showed up at my table �
Took my son for his birthday. There’s a sign hanging up saying they have a show every hour on the :30 mark. We were there for two of those times and a show never happend. A good portion of the games didn’t work and half the ones that did were out of tickets or just ate the coins. While playing games our pizza and drinks were thrown away.

My husband and I took our 22mo to CEC for the first time. He had fun, however it took over 2 hours for our pizza to be made. And we still never got it. They told us there was a computer error, but other people who ordered after us had gotten theirs already. Coming from someone pregnant and starving, I really wanted that pizza!
Great fun for the kids....
You need the card reader and to use the card because I have mad money on the card 😭😭😭
