Advertised a buffet from 11 until 2. The guy said he could let us in but there was no food on the buffet. It was before 2. I said I would call corporate as that is false advertising. I turned my back and the guy at the door said to go ahead and call because they were privately owned. I wasn't angry until he said that behind my back. I had to ask him to repeat it and he did! Never again...
The salad bar is not unlimited anymore, food took forever and tasted gross. Customer service was not good. The show didn't start right away and then it went down for 10-15 mins.

Went there to spend time with my family but within 15 minutes of being there my iPhone got stolen . The place had 2 customers other than my family and a ton of workers . The manger on duty knew about my phone being stole and did nothing , didn't look at us he just continue doing whatever he was doing . My boyfriend went up to him and gave him his name/phone and demanded for his name (manager) he is going to look at the camera and "call us" ... This place is horrible ! Horrible customer service !
Staff is wonderful and very helpful. My family and I will be returning soon
