Have had and been to Birthday parties here. The staff today were so friendly and on it. It was as organized as a birthday party with 20 kids can be!

I think it has changed since my youth days. Service is extremely poor. Machine for cards and doing your own tickets aren’t user friendly. Staff looks at you like are you high or stupid. I laugh inside bc I work with Stem cells and our ordering software is beyond complex. Wanna see them take a swing at that. I would look at them no different I would teach them how to get where I got. I have a childcare & my kids love it. The bathroom where clean & play area. Most of all the workers where very professional. Thank you I will bring childcare back.
Toddlers had a great time.
