Parking lot empty lady at the front door does not want me to park with my trailer am not blocking any but another person her race park with a trailer and she didn’t say anything to them I am Hispanic the other person is not Hispanic and the other person park next to me they are racial profiling
Not the best one I've been to by far. Staff is rude just about every time I've gone for a birthday party, with exception to the prize guy- he was nice and patient. The trampoline area guy on the other made a birthday kid cry by telling them they couldn't go on. Poor kid. He eventually apologized to the parent when the parent asked what happened. Then he closed it up and it was closed for a good while, which seems odd since it's an extra purchase. I would never have a party there personally and I've heard lots of frustrations... read more
We had an excellent experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely attentive. The facility was clean, the games were working well, and there was a great mix of options for different ages. What stood out most was how engaged the employees were. They interacted with the kids, helped when needed without being asked, and kept the energy positive the entire time. The staff was very helpful. We were surprised at their prices, you basically had to sign up for an entire year or pay alot more for 2 or 3 visits. They also didn't accept cashapp card for payment.
