The customer service was 5 star. I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman who helped us with our order. I am giving it 3 stars because the place is really small and it barely has any games. We played the same few over and over again which is not worth the price.
A little smaller than others, but being the closest to Wyoming, it does its job. Went to a birthday party. The Chuck E was enthusiastic and energetic! The store was clean and well kept. All the games were working, a huge plus! My 9 yr old and 6 yr old both loved it, their first times going. The staff was all friendly and courteous. We even spoke to the manager, Gilbert, he was extremely professional and you can tell he takes pride in his store.
