Thinking about trying to sell a home in a competitive market where your home is not that competitive, places one under quite a bit of mental strain. I chose Chuck as my realtor to show a condo to me. He accommodated my schedule and convenience, and did not pressure me in any way to buy. When I expressed further interest in the condo, he suggested we go back for a second visit. He also recommended that we take something we could use to check that all the outlets worked. My husband and I bought our first home 5 years ago with Chuck as our realtor. We were very nervous and overwhelmed before we started working with him. Chucked guided us through the whole process, gave us great advice, simplified and explained everything so well. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted (which I'll admit was a lot!) and helped us find a great house. He knows the area really well and is very involved in the community.
