I bought a used Chevy Traverse 2016 with 100k on it. After about 6 months the car was accelerating sluggishly and I noticed a shudder at various times during acceleration and when maintaining highway speeds. There were no codes indicating a problem. Unexpectedly had a transmission failure, I wasn’t sure where to call as I was not familiar with any repair shop. I talked to Tim. He told me he wasn’t sure about time. Stay clear of this transmission shop. I spent over 8k on a new transmission then 20k miles later it went out and they wouldn't do anything for me. Do yourself a favor and go to Sta-Rite transmission in Des Moines.
