Placed an order for a bike back in July was promised it would be here by August. Now it is the end of Sept and we have yet to receive anything from the company and cannot get them on a call or to reply to an email. Considering the bike was over $500 I am more than a little steamed and will be contacting my bank to get my money back as well as better business and a litigation attorney. These people need to be shut down
On June 23rd we ordered two bikes both stated in stock on the website! Never received bikes or even tracking or anything. Emailed and spoke with a man name Chris numerous times he made a excuse every time blaming someone else promising to send tracking and make it right!!! Ha he never did anything when finally we had enough of his bs and requested a refund the begging of August and he stopped replying or even answering the phones! Put a order in. Week into submitting and still nothing. Emailed for a update. Still no response despite their claim “they respond within 24-48 hours”, called. Left message. Still nothing. Is this business closed?
THIS PLACE HAS BEEN CLOSE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS!
Have had 2 thick brick ww tires and a seat on order since April. Finally last week I got them to answer the phone only to find out they can't get the seat at all and they were going to ship my tires. I guess 2 out of 3 only sucks a little. Well today I received 1 tire, no note, nothing and of course now they won't answer the phone. Where the fuck is my tire, answer your fuckin phone.
I placed an order for a gift on May 2nd and cannot get ahold of anyone to give me an update about my purchase and shipment. The one time I was able to get through the guy never called me Back. They do not have a voicemail set up, and emails bounce back. I am extremely disappointed. Hoping for someone to finally reach out so I can get a refund or actually find out when the purchase will show up.
