DO NOT purchase from this company! I have been patient about my bike during this time but for six months I have been continuously lied to about when my bike was going to ship. I have sent multiple emails and cannot get anyone to write back and now they are not answering their phones. This company lies and does not care about their customers. I will be pursuing further legal action in smalls claim court to get a refund.
Lying Frauds ordered a bike months ago and still haven't received it. Lied several times about "updated" dates the bike would arrive and now just won't respond at all. Im not sure if it makes me feel better or worse to see that you're ripping EVERYONE off. Pathetic and disgusting to steal from, and take advantage of so many people during a time like this. I want my refund.

Has anyone received an order that’s been placed over past 4 months??? Im guessing no! My story is completly the same as everyone else’s! DO NOT BUY!!
they just keep my money and never got my mi bike, They never sent the bike, after a few months of no answer they just cancel the order and didn't receive my money back
Seems as though I'm not the only person who pre ordered a bike back in May, and now all communication has ceased from the company. no responses to calls, emails, or voicemails. I'm about to pursue small claims court if I don't get a refund.
Total Fraud. Ordered two bikes many months ago and spoke with them multiple times with the same promise.. shipping delay- No problem. Then they went into total silence and now ignore all calls and emails. Called CC company and working through a fraud investigation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
By responding to customers, perhaps answering the phones. VERY disappointed with your ‘service’ or lack of!!
