If I could give it a zero I would. We have had a terrible time with this company. Unable to log in to the account. Unable to adjust our policy coverage. No response to emails, calls, etc. If you can I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your Insurance coverage.
For the fourth time I have not gotten my payment. It will be mailed snail mail and in two weeks I get the check at my door as opposed to eft. By then I will have used my credit card for groceries and bills, and I now cannot pay my bills because I am using my credit card. I have had nothing but horrible service with this company. This is preposterous.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolute and utter thieves when it comes to their pricing and the justification (or rather lack thereof) for the annual price increases in premiums even when you've had no claims Order of magnitude more expensive than other insurance providers. I used Chubb from 2005 to 2023 before finally realizing how much of a scam they are. And the extra cost brings nothing extra from a benefit perspective. Complete zero

After over 30 of never making a claim on our policy we were cancelled because of proximity to “wildfire” risk.
