We had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. Me and my wife got to the dentist 10-15 minutes early and reported to the reception for the 11am appointment, I was seated at 11.35pm. If there are delays, it is best to call us and let us know that you will be late so then we can either attend late or reschedule, it is a weekday for us and we all have to work, so getting time out of work to see you is difficult as it is. Very friendly and good service.
All staff at the office treat me warmly and professionally. I get to tease friends who are anxious if they have a dentist appointment that I actually look forward to my visits. I recently referred a person I work with who had avoided dentist visits for years because of a very bad and painful experience. The Dental assistant had a marvelous attitude, she was kind, courteous, and very sincere; the Dentist was also exceptionally kind, courteous, and respectful, both were remarkable!
I think it was David who assisted. He was very thoughtful in playing some music that he thought would relax me since he knew I was nervous. I loved it. All of the staff there are very attentive, friendly and professional!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygenist to the denist was friendly, exuded competance and was compassionate.
