Today I had the most challenging conversation with the patient coordinator, Amanda. I was talked over, spoken to in patronizing and dismissive manner and the overall exchange was so grossly disrespectful that we will not be using this practice for my child. Amanda repeatedly spoke in a such a condescending manner that I was unable to explain something as simple as our health insurance coverage.
