Apartment was in good condition. The staff have always been helpful and responsive whenever i submitted a work order for my apartment. maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and overall i've had a really good experience living here.
The team that manages the Roundhouse are simply amazing. Kind, responsive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great peace of mind knowing that these folks were managing and protecting the building that housed my daughter halfway across the country for the past two years! Thank you thank you thank you!! My daughter lived in apartments owned by CHT Apartment management for five years in Madison- they are just great! Highly recommend!!!!!
I love it here! Although rent is rather obscene like anywhere else in Madison, our experience with CHT has been great. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, transparent about issues, and straightforward when it comes to rent.
