I lived here for my junior and senior year at UW-Madison and let me tell you, I am so glad I chose them and honestly, my apartment is one of the things I miss most. When I moved in, all of the essential furniture was there night one (i.e., I did not bring my own mattress/bed), everything else (couches, tables, desks, chairs, etc.) was brought up the very next morning. I had a wonderful six months living here! My room was incredibly comfortable and nicely maintained, and the management team was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed.

Apartment was in good condition. The staff have always been helpful and responsive whenever i submitted a work order for my apartment. maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and overall i've had a really good experience living here.

The team that manages the Roundhouse are simply amazing. Kind, responsive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great peace of mind knowing that these folks were managing and protecting the building that housed my daughter halfway across the country for the past two years! Thank you thank you thank you!! My daughter lived in apartments owned by CHT Apartment management for five years in Madison- they are just great! Highly recommend!!!!!
