I worked for this company for 7 months. The Director is a liar! She tells everyone's business and even things going on in the company. Managers cant do their job because she micro manages. She is so unprofessional Changes schedule at last minute. She'll tell other staff how she said this or that, or put you in your place and all it is, is a bunch of lies. The CEO Diane is great. Kim is great Sheila is great Could and would be a great company if they had a different Director

Avoid this company at all costs. Very unprofessional staff who do not care about their consumers/residents. Staff is rude, condescending and unprofessional. The owner apparently doesn't care either. Staff who were working with relatives were sleeping at times when they were supposed to be working with consumer. Staff also found vaping, on their phones, and the list goes on. Do not leave your loved ones in the care of these unprofessional and untrained people.

I went to interview in Greenville sc for a position filled out a lot of paper work turned in a lot of my documents. Only to find I disqualified because a pointing and presenting that happened 2012 I was a juvenile now 30 and can’t get a job because of just because your certified don’t mean u certified for crying sales I had malicious damage to a police property never harmed any one or a child at that I don’t care what’s on my background I know I could get the job done better and that’s better then any certified person .
