We added a 4 season porch and new deck. Initially, they were great to work with. We did the design ourselves. There wasn't any suggestions made by them. The interior craftsmanship was great. The exterior was done very poorly. The deck isnt even square and we realized this after we hired for a different company to install a lower patio. Because of this, our stairs going down do not line up. There was issues with electrical. We installed a total of 10 lights/outlets. Very professional and easy to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The deck is even better than we could of hoped for. Love spending time out on our amazing deck.
CHS Builders were able to get our Magnatrack Hurricane screens installed on time. The installers were very polite and respectful, they do a quality job and product is what they said it would be. I have recommended them to Family and friends. Thanks CHS Builders
