What a great experience! Came in Sunday afternoon and Eli was so patient with us. We looked at 4 different vehicles. Started with a beautiful 2026 Durango, looked at a Jeep Wrangler, then a Grand Cherokee and a Ram 1500 Warlock. Eli gave us plenty of personal space to walk around while me and my family made our decision. We went inside told Eli what we wanted, did the process on his iPad and we were out in and hour. Terrible Customer Service Experience My son just returned home after spending 9 months deployed in Syria. The only thing he wanted when he got back was a truck he had worked so hard to save for. He put down $20,000 cash and financed $10,000 to purchase a 2019 Dodge Ram. He even had to wait two extra days for the dealership to fix the bumper so the license plate could be attached. Extremely Disappointed – Buyers Beware After making the drive from New York, I was excited to check out a 2019 Ram Big Horn I had called ahead to confirm was still available. I met with Ahmed upon arrival and noticed right away that the truck had visible rust and a bent bumper. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and knows the features and capabilities of the vehicles backwards and forwards.
