Josh my service advisor and the folks at the service department took great care of my new Jeep. They are thorough and professional. The techs provided me with a list of all the things they did and the current condition of each item love it!
They were quick to get my truck in and did a great job on my oil change and checking on the things they needed to
No offense to Larry H Miller service department, but it took 6 weeks to obtain a replacement part to repair my 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and that was with corporate intervention that I had to request. The original delivery estimate was 5 months! That’s unacceptable for a company that size. That’s a corporate planning failure. No compensation, no discount offered on the repair, full price. I’ll think twice about ever buying another Jeep product.
great deal on oil change packages and on great deals for tires. my only issue is how an oil change can take 2.5 to 3 hours...
