Pretty good. The AI phone agent is boiled dog dirt; I can't stand it. What's the point of an AI phone agent for a dealership service department that doesn't understand dealership service department requests like "recall" or "oil change". We ended up booking on the online booking portal on the website... which we then called to make sure it worked because it said there was immediate availability for completing a recall, which seemed implausible, and indeed when we called we were told the dealership was very busy and not sure... read more
Prompt professional service personnel. Clean facility, and website easy to follow for setting up appointments.
Technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions
My service technician Josh, was nice and very respectful. He spoke with me and my mother and gave equal attention to us both. I noticed it even, most men in this field especially I would think, tend to dis-include an accompanying female whey speaking on what is going on. Great communication skills and his beard makes me quite envious.
