HORRIBLE SERVICE! Run - don't walk away from this dealership! I bought my Jeep Grande Cherokee Overland from this dealership (used). When I purchased, they had a few things they needed to do to the Jeep. This turned into almost a month before I received it. (they gave me a loaner which was a 4 cylinder). After waiting that long to pick it up, I drove it for an overnight stay in Columbus for business and the battery went bad stranding me and some co-workers. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I should have known when they handed me the keys to new $42,000+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Before I could drive off the lot the salesman stated they had given me the wrong keys to the the vehicle and asked if I would consider switching to the other Jeep. Excellent service department!. We were on vacation and Walkers replaced our transmission in less than two business days. Our van was towed to the dealership Wednesday after business hours. We were called promptly Thursday morning and gave them the go ahead to order the parts for the repair. We were told that the car should be ready on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday.
