Was having charging issues with my 2022 Chrysler pacifica hybrid. Was there for about a month. When it was towed in they ran my battery down and instead of charging it, they made me buy a new battery and tried to charge me $400+ for a new one. The auto part store was less than $200. My point is that this place rips you off. Owe and BTW I'm still having the charging issue. They never cleaned the vehicle or reinstalled the cover of the battery area. This place is crap. The battery died on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had to be towed. Turns out I had 2 dead batteries. Cost to replace was $900. Unbelievable. Didn't even vacuum the car or give it a wash...the least they could have done...
