The service dept is awesome! we were having to wait almost 3 weeks for a much needed part and the car had to stay put because the the part needng replaced was a danger to driving the vehicle. I talked to them on Fri and they had found the part closer and already had it! They had my car ready for pick up Tue!!! . woohoo
One of the absolute worst places in Dayton, OH. I took my Jeep in to get the rear entertainment screen fixed/looked at because it was not tiring on, and they charged me 200 bucks to run a diagnostic test. The diagnostic test came back “perfect,” but the screen was still not working. Two hours later they called me back and said, that they would need to do further research to fix the issue which would require them dispatching the seat for a potential wiring issue. Was having charging issues with my 2022 Chrysler pacifica hybrid. Was there for about a month. When it was towed in they ran my battery down and instead of charging it, they made me buy a new battery and tried to charge me $400+ for a new one. The auto part store was less than $200. My point is that this place rips you off. Owe and BTW I'm still having the charging issue. They never cleaned the vehicle or reinstalled the cover of the battery area. This place is crap.
