Bought Ram 1500. All members of sales team were nice, knowledgeable and efficient. UPDATE: Purchasing vehicle was easy. After purchase service not so much. Most calls to service department go unanswered-occasionally to message. Most messages are not returned. Very frustrating!
To be honest the most difficult process I’ve ever been through thank you April from Savannah car rental , Andrew and Jessica and Jonathan if it wasn’t for them this would not have ended on a positive note . Yesterday I was traveling north on 95 from Florida to North Carolina. A trooper had his lights on and I made the mistake to pull off immediately to the left side of the 95. The trooper passed me and turned his lights off. I hit a road hazard when I pulled off and bent the rim on my tire. I had three show dogs in my dodge caravan and myself. The jack in my emergency kit was not safe enough for me to jack my van up to crawl under it to release my spare tire.
