My train of thought is I was there first thing in the morning at 8 o'clock or 9 when the doors open and I was at the last one to get service waited all day never could get my car and then I bought to get the transmission oil change said I'd have to come over later didn't get the $300 gas card I supposed to get I don't think I'll be back there

Our 2017 RAM 2500 is an awesome truck, love the diesel. Great people at the dealership and recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out.
We were charged more for license plates, and have not received a refund for the excess. Have inquired NUMEROUS times, only to be given excuse after excuse. Will be contacting CDJR FIAT Headquarters if not resolved within 2 days.

This is the only place I take my 2014 ram diesel. I gave up on the tri cities place.(bought it there before WW one was open) get way better service here. Robert (Bob) has always been straight up and honest with me. The service writer (Candy) is top notch and very knowledgeable.

3 months after buying a car, we're having problems with it. We were told that our "warranty" (which took talking to 3 different people to find out we have one) required us to pay $380 to just figure out if what was wrong with the car was covered under the warranty. Ended up going somewhere else to fix it, which was cheaper than what they said we had to pay. And I believe we overpaid for the car on top of being in insulted by what they initially wanted to give us for our trade in. Needless to say, we will never buy from here ... read more
