Great customer service (Randy Service Advisor) easy to chat with and answered my odd questions. :-) The waiting area with water, coffee & goodies, very appealing and tasty!! Even ice cream!!!! Very clean waiting and bathroom areas!!! I’m from Montana and winter about 1.5 hr from Lake Havasu (Bouse AZ)
I've been sitting for awhile waiting for my vehichle to get done watching TV. this fella just comes in and asks to watch the local news without asking if anyone was watching TV. Then proceeds to sit in his chair face deep in his phone
