I had the good folks at Chrysella repair and restore my wife's engagement ring. It is 20+ years old and has been used and abused during that time. They did a great job making it as good as new and my wife is very, very happy with the result. Very nice people to deal with and the whole process was made easy and comfortable. Recommended!

I worked with Asia through the development of the ring and she was fabulous the entire time. She was professional, fast and accurate. She was also meticulous to detail and helped us understand everything along the way. Furthermore, she kept us updated throughout the process and was especially helpful for allowing me to come pick up the ring at odd times with my medical school schedule. Asia was such a helping hand from start to finish. She took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions to go over designs and fits for our wedding bands until we worked up the right models. The office in Arlington was super convenient to us being in Northern Virginia. Our rings turned out beautiful and they added custom engravings at no extra charge. Had a custom engagement ring made and it came out beautifully. We worked with Asia to get the design down, and she both met and exceeded our expectations! Our first meeting we were able to give an idea of what we wanted, and she came back quickly with a 3D rendered design of a potential design which quickly developed into the finished product. Would for sure go again in the future for wedding bands
