I have been a patient of Dr. Rinderknecht for more than 15 years. She and her staff are extremely competent, kind and caring. They are also accurate in the findings on exam and the follow-up treatments.Having a family history of macular degeneration and glaucoma makes me very careful when selecting an ophthalmologist. I went to see Dr Rinderknecht in January 19 referred by my primary care doctor regarding potential eyelid surgery. I did not wait long before I was greeted by a technician who proceeded to do a vision exam. This technician did a pretty quick exam and wrote a new glasses prescription. A few minutes later, the Dr came in the office, read the notes and her only statement was "I will see you again next year". She never addressed my only concern and the reason why I was there.
