Tom was supposed to send me an inspection report before the drywall was started on a new construction home. He made up excuses and then disappeared. No report was ever sent and drywall started without inspection because we trusted him. Stay away.
I was hired to fix some gas lines on a house they did inspection on the week before and the house had a major gas leak. They said on the paperwork they inspected it but couldn't have because the main gas line was off.( Previous owners must have known) . This guy has kids and was put in a VERY dangerous situation. BEWARE of these people I told homeowner we would assist in a law suit
