The frontdesk lady is super rude and unprofessional. Even though the doctors there are good, but the front desk lady made the experience really awful. Be careful!
I suspect this place earns their incoming by putting fine on their customers. I cannot make it to my appointment on Monday 3:30pm due to an important work meeting, and I cannot reschedule the appointment on Friday 3 pm without getting a $50 fine. Even though it's one business day ahead (> 24 hours), I can only make the change before Friday. It seems that customer's time doesn't worth respect from their perspective. 10 minutes late is not acceptable here and you’ll get a $50 punishment. I was on my way/almost there and received a call from front desk telling me not to come because they can’t finish my cleaning and there’s other customer afterwards. Feel so bad about the experience. I won’t come again and definitely will find other dentals.
I felt so bad today since I was punished by $50 at reception desk because I did show up there. The only reason was that I made the mistake to visit another clinic and I never responded Yes to their reminder msg. It never happened in my life without listening to any of my explanations. I will change my dentist next year for sure.
Dr Lei and team are the best. My family had more than ten dentists over the years as we've moved around due to school and jobs, and none compares to Dr Lei and team. My wife had a cavity in between two molars that are hard to reach, and other dentists she visited previously hurt her and filled poorly.
