We had a great first time experience with The Chrysalis Day Spa. The spa was nothing short of a good time! The atmopshere was nice and the people were extremely friendly. We not only enjoyed the staff, but also the customers. I scheduled a massage with Mrs. Judy. My appointment preference was not noted in the computer. Needless to say, I received an AMAZING 50 min. massage w/heated stones by John. And an added bonus, the manager Cathy compensated me well for the error...it was FREE! Bath was requested first when the reservation was made. Twenty or so minutes after we waited we were informed that the water wasn't hot so we had to get the message first. Then waited another twenty minutes for them to get hot water from next door. The bath afterwards only washed off all of the oils. I wanted to visit another location initially but my friend insisted this was the best spot. I'm upset that I listened to her and my day of relaxation was ruined. No accommodation for the inconvenience. I will not be back.
Came in for a birthday treat : bath, massage and facial. Was our first time here! John was my masseuse and he was AMAZING!! Tina did my facial, which was excellent. Everyone was so nice! Will definitely be back!!!
Very professional and very nice. I had Sarah. And they gave my step mom a complimentary wine for her wait. First massage so I was nervous, but they were so professional they made you completely relaxed. Thank you Sarah and Chrysalis, we’ll definitely be back soon!
