Kudos to Mr. John Smoke for the excellent and professional massage. He helped me better understand my hip and back problems better than my physical therapist! All of the staff were kind, courteous, and professional. If I could, I would give them 6 stars!
I have been trying to get a hold of someone about a 50 dollar spa package that I bought but have misplaced the paper. I paid for it by check and can prove that I bought one but no one can help me out other then give me a number for a guy named Luke that won't answer his phone or return voicemails. I am very unsatisfied with how this is being handled and won't be buying any of these again, and will make sure to warn my other coworkers who have previously purchased some; of the customer service I have sadly recieved. It was the most relaxing experience and the staff was wonderful
I've been here now 4 different times and have never had a bad experience! From their prenatal massages, to their pedicures.. I love it all! So affordable for such a top notch spa! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone :-)
Had a relaxation bath and massage Sunday, Massage Therapist, Courtney Blair, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is definitely very attentive to what was needed and worked on areas that needed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is relaxing. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family. Can't wait for my next visit.
Yesterday was my first time ever had a spa done and it was amazing.
Valentina was excellent, very knowedgeable, and humorous during my facial and chemical peel. She explained everything step by step.
Loved the couples experience. Totally worth every penny! Will be back! Jon and Courtney were great!
