Regarding new office 10/16/25 see mixed reviews. I think they are one of best pain offices around. Things happen beyond their control but they go over and beyond what most offices would do. left review but dont see it now. I dont understand why not 5 stars. I am a cancer survivor and have pain from the treatments also have other pain issues. I have been in PM since 1999. I have been to many over 26 years and this office is the best one yet. Liars. They are no longer same group. Now bunch of lazy liars. They just want your money. The reason why Medicaid doesn't pay because this is one awful place. They take money and don't even give meds. They told me so many lies. I am so glad I am leaving. Found a better office. So happy be out this office. No I was not discharged. Left of my own choice. Stay away!! Horrible place!!! EDIT: Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Another office just wants your money. I am not only one unhappy several patients spoke with today got same issues. They lie right to your face. The old office was fantastic but this new went from being best office to the worst!! They no longer take any insurance from Medicaid. Awful. This once was great office. The providers don't return calls to pharmacy. All day for two days they didn't return calls. Leave you without meds after they get paid.
