I left review but dont see it now. I dont understand why not 5 stars. I am a cancer survivor and have pain from the treatments also have other pain issues. I have been in PM since 1999. I have been to many over 26 years and this office is the best one yet. They listen to the patient but they dont over prescribe. They do monthly urine screen. Never bunch people waiting. Awful. This once was great office. The providers don't return calls to pharmacy. All day for two days they didn't return calls. Leave you without meds after they get paid.
I had a shocking experience at Frederick clinic today. As both a patient and a healthcare provider myself, I've never encountered such poor care. Unfortunately, I'm not yet in the right state to share all the details, but I'll return to write a detailed review once I've recovered. Been going here for over 10 years ,ever since Cumberland location and i wont go anywhere else,kind,caring ppl that actually do there job makes a huge difference in my care! Give em a try,you wont be disappointed,
In a time in history where our government has over regulated and over reached with regulation. This opiate crisis was allowed by them. Make no mistake. 100,000 people died of fentanyl poisoning last year. As they alllw our border to remain open and flooded with knock offs people are NOT over dosing. They are being poisoned.
